Linguistics - Minor
The study of the nature and structure of language is drawing increased attention for its practical applications and value as a theoretical science. The only program of its kind among four-year SUNY colleges, our major in Linguistics develops cross-cultural communication interests and skills for the modern global marketplace. Broad and varied, it offers courses in anthropology, computer science, communication studies, languages, philosophy and psychology.
